Effective Classroom Managment.

As we progress through our program, we continue to learn that the teaching profession is extremely rewarding but extremely difficult as well. We, as teachers, are going to be faced with many different challenges over the years. Perhaps the biggest challenge deals with effectively teaching and managing special needs children.
